Giles Hampton
BArch DipArch ARB
Giles first studied Fine Art before turning to architecture, completing his diploma at London Metropolitan University under the mentorship of Stirling Prize–winning architect Peter St John. He has since gained wide-ranging professional experience across bespoke residential, multi-unit housing, community, and heritage projects at award-winning practices including Dixon Jones Architects, Adam Richards Architects, and Stephen Taylor Architects.
His portfolio includes work on Sparsholt Manor, a 17th-century country house, and Nithurst Farm, a new-build house in the South Downs which won a National RIBA Award, both with Adam Richards Architects. At the same practice, he contributed to the transformation of Graylingwell Chapel, a Grade II listed building in Chichester, into a new community centre. With Stephen Taylor Architects, he was part of the team behind Golf Links Estate, a 142-unit Passivhaus social housing scheme in Ealing.
Since joining our team, Giles has led the Stage 3-4 design of super-prime residential projects in Chelsea and Westminster.
