Regents Park Road, Finchley

This North London scheme creates nine apartments on a corner site shaped by a steep topography, where the rear of the plot sits a storey higher than the street frontage. The design employs a light-toned brick with cast masonry bandings and a pronounced cornice to establish a calm and elegant street presence.

Angled balconies animate the façade while responding to the canted bays of the surrounding inter-war housing, offering residents generous outdoor space and strengthening the building’s relationship with its context.
We secured planning consent from the London Borough of Barnet in January 2024, with our involvement focused on design development and planning.
